Once again Delta changed our flights! Last night we checked at 10 pm and everything was OK. We got up at 3 am today and called to check the status and found out our 6:35 am flight was "delayed" to 9:08 am, so of course we'll miss the connection in Atlanta. There are earlier flights to Atlanta from here, but all full of course. Not the way to start a vacation.
They did get us on flights and we will get to Cancun today, just later then we expected to. It would not be an issue with us if Delta did not do things like this
constantly! To make a change to an international flight now costs $250 per ticket--Delta should have to give passengers money everytime they make a change to our reservations
Also interesting is that Delta sent us emails at 3:36 am "Last Minute Information About Your Trip" and also called around then. Orbitz sent us the information at 1:35 am, so why did it take Delta 2 more hours to notify us
